Come meet CGE at our biggest SPIEL to date—this year, we are at two locations and bringing more new releases than ever!
STAND 3V400
Our first booth is in Hall 3, Stand V400—same location as last year. At this booth, you’ll find our full catalogue of games for sale as well as promos both in English and German.
All our new releases will be available for sale, and demo or preview at this location—you can look forward to:
- SETI: Space Agencies
- Lost Ruins of Arnak: Twisted Paths
- Lost Ruins of Arnak: Adventure Chest (very limited quantities)
- Wispwood
- Galaxy Trucker: Do What?!
- Codenames: Back to Hogwarts
- fully relaunched Codenames family (including the base game, Duet, Pictures, and base XXL)
- preview of Lost Ruins of Arnak digital
As always, we’ll also be running demos of a selection of our games, guided by our amazing staff of imps :)
Besides demos and an on-site store, Hall 3 will also feature a unique and bigger Wispwood wall demo and designer meet-and-greets (more info on those below).
STAND 7E100
Our Hall 7 location, Stand E100, will have a smaller selection of games. There, you can look forward to purchasing and experiencing mainly our lighter games, which include Wispwood, Codenames: Pictures, and Galaxy Trucker: Do What?! as our hot SPIEL releases, and older titles like Little Alchemists.
We’re also bringing some unique experiences to Hall 7—you can enjoy the magic of Wispwood colors in a specially lit area, try large wall demos of Codenames: Pictures or Little Alchemists, or enjoy a demo of the Codenames: Duet mobile app.
MEET THE GAME DESIGNERS
As in previous years, our game designers will be available to meet with you. So if you’re interested in chatting with any of the designers of this year’s releases, come to our booth in Hall 3:
- Tomáš Holek (SETI): Fri & Sat, 4–5 PM
- Reed Ambrose (Wispwood): Thu & Fri, 4–5 PM
- Mín & Elwen (Lost Ruins of Arnak): Thu & Fri & Sat, 4–5 PM
- Vlaada (Codenames, Galaxy Trucker, … and many more): no specific times—stop by and see if you’ll spot him :)
PRE-ORDER GAMES
If you’d like to make sure that you have that copy of a newest CGE game you need, or an older hard-to-find title you were looking for for ages, head to our online store and pre-order the game you like for the SPIEL pick-up. The SPIEL pre-orders are running until October 19, and need to be picked up at our booth 3V400 before noon on Sunday, Oct 26.
