How to make a complaint?

Terms and conditions for resolving any new complaints of damaged games during transport: iva@czechgames.com

Reach us and provide following documents and pictures:
  • We need a scan of a document stating that the shipment arrived damaged.
  • Provide a picture of a whole pallet with the damage.
  • Provide a picture of the damaged games (ex. 3 damaged Codenames = one picture with 3 Codenames where the damage is obvious).
We will evaluate the damage and issue a credit note for you:
  • We do not accept complaints when only the game foil is damaged a bit.
  • If there is only a box damaged and the game itself is still ok, you receive 50% discount.
  • If the game is damaged a lot, you receive 80% discount.
